From tech pack to shipment in six steps
You approve each stage before the next one starts. Bulk production begins only after sample sign-off.
Design
Send a tech pack, sketch or reference photos. We check fit, fabric and trims, then send an itemized quote.
Fabric
Pick weight and composition: 9–16 oz, most orders 11–14 oz. Rigid, stretch, twill or raw selvedge.
Sampling
First sample in 12–18 working days (7–10 days express). You review fit, stitching and finish.
Wash
Wash and finish are developed on the sample: stone, enzyme, acid, tint or hand distressing.
Production
Bulk starts only after you approve the sample: 30–40 working days after sample approval and deposit.
QC & Shipping
Inspection against the approved sample, then packing to your label, hangtag and carton requirements.
Washes, prints and finishes
Decoration is developed on your sample first, so what you approve is what goes into bulk.

What is your minimum order quantity?
30 pcs per style per color (50 for stretch fabrics). The exact quantity for each style is confirmed in your quotation.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Sampling takes 12–18 working days (7–10 days express). Bulk production takes 30–40 working days after sample approval and deposit. Dates for your order are confirmed in the quotation.
What do I need to provide for sampling?
A design reference or tech pack, fabric preferences, size specifications and wash requirements. If you only have a sketch and reference photos, that is enough to start the conversation.
What fabrics and weights can you work with?
Denim from 9–16 oz, with most orders in 11–14 oz: rigid cotton, cotton-elastane stretch, cotton twill and raw selvedge, as well as canvas, corduroy and wax-coated denim.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign a confidentiality agreement on request before you share designs, and your tech packs and artwork are not shown to other buyers.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods and terms are set out in your quotation and order contract. Bulk production starts after sample approval and deposit.
